Last night, around 10:30pm, which to me is rather late, one of our “neighbors” stopped by. He was a little odd. I wasn’t sure who he was, or how he even knew who lived in our house. I soon found out he didn’t really. He said he lived 2 houses up and he came to appologize to my little sister whom he apparantly said something rude to at the mall a few months ago. Who does that? Waits until 10:30pm to come over and appologize to a girl that he doesn’t even remember what she looks like, for something that happened months ago? At this point I was a litttle freaked out. I soon came to find out that the appology wasn’t the only thing he came over to talk about…
Our neighborhood is primarily older people. Older, nosy, people. My nanny, sisters, and the rest of my family keep to ourself. We all come and go at different times, and hardly ever see each other, so when we’re home we don’t bother with anyone. Apparantly the fact that we come and go so much has the neighborhood talking.
This guy told me that the cops sit up in his driveway (he has a big parking lot in the front) watching our house. That supposedly our neighbors are complaining that so many people are coming and going from our house all the time, and that our house is the “party house” in the neighborhood.
First of all, this couldn’t be any farther from the truth. I work 2 jobs, one fulltime, and one part time, my nanny works fulltime, and my little sister works also. When would we have time to “party”? Secondly, I can’t even remember when the last time I actually “partied” was, and I can assure you it certainly wasn’t at our house.
This, to me, is ridiculous. Do these people honestly lead such uneventful lives that they have to make up bullshit about ours because we don’t associate with them? I told this guy, the next time you see the cops sitting down there watching our house, tell them I said to just come sit in our driveway and watch if they’re really that concerned with what we’re doing. There is absolutely nothing going on in our house that should give anyone even the slightest idea that we are doing something that we aren’t supposed to be doing.
So needless to say I was a little distraught about this. Why on earth would people make up bullshit about us? And why should the cops have any reason to sit and watch our house?? It was whatever though, and I got over it.
This morning, I got up at 8 like I usually do, went and got my coffee, came home and let our dog outside. I’m standing there waiting for my dog to finish peeing and I notice this lady, she lives in the house behind us, sitting in her back yard, with her chair facing our house, and shes bending over, squinting her eyes to see in our house. When I noticed her, I immediately looked at her and said “Can I help you??” She quickly got up from the chair and pretended she was doing her gardening. WTF is wrong with people? Honestly. We don’t bother anyone. We mind our business and get our shit done. Why must everyone be so concerned with what’s going on in our house?
Anyhow, point of story….MY NEIGHBORS ARE NOSY and they need to mind their own business before I start letting myself be concerned with what THEY are doing. I’m just as good at making shit up and making something out of nothing. I think they will all come to realize this soon. *evil grin* hahaha

What a beautiful Monday! I'm very excited that it's such a nice day, it helps get the week started on a good note.
Hope everyone had a good Easter weekend. I went to Jasons house Saturday night, and stayed the night. We didn't really do much Saturday..on Sunday Jason's one roommate woke us up at like 9am and we got up and hung out with them outside and drank a little bit. It was such a nice day, so it was a good way to just relax. Then Jason had to leave for CT so I left when he did to drive home. I was supposed to go to my aunts house, but I got the worst headache and just wanted to sleep. I ended up going to bed around 8pm, and then getting up at 8 this morning, so I got a lot of sleep and I feel very refreshed :) definitely a good thing.
I also managed to get to the post office this morning to get my shirt I bought on ebay. That was such a headache. They tried to deliver the shirt a few days ago, but nobody was home to sign for it. So they left me a note saying they were taking it to the post office. A couple days later, when I finally got some time, I made my way to the post office to pick it up. They informed me I was at the wrong post office, and that I had to go to the other one, 10 minutes from my house to get it. That pissed me off. Why wouldnt they take it to the post office 2 minutes away?? I think this is a conspiracy against me. Anyway, this morning I woke up early so I could go get it from the other PO. I get up to where it supposedly is, and I can't for the life of me figure out where it is. I stopped at a gas station to get directions, only to find out that it was closed. It was almost 9am, and there were like 10 people waiting outside and they weren't open. Gay. Anyway, luckily since there were people outside I figured at least one of them would know where it was, and I was right. This girl told me to make a left onto the road right after the mcdonalds and it would be right there. I made a left on the road….and looked for 10 minutes to find the damn place and couldn't. Finally I decided I couldnt be late for work, so I turned around to go home. The second I turn around to leave, I see the damn post office to my left. I was so mad. I turned around, went inside, waited for another 10 minutes, and FINALLY got my shirt. Luckily it's cute, or I would have been so pissed, but now I'm just happy I got it. Hopefully I don't have to deal with that again, maybe I can convince them to take my stuff to the Post office that's actually CLOSE to my house!!
I think I'll try to make it to my aunts house tonight when I get off. I feel pretty bad about blowing her off last night, but if I hadn't had such a bad headache I definitely would have gone. We'll see how I feel when I get off.

"..a $10,000 home makeover??" NO I WOULD NOT!!! I am appalled at how many times a day, I get asked this question by the people set up beside us. First of all, I'm working RIGHT beside you. I have to listen to you ask people that same question ALL day long, and now when I walk by, you're going to ask ME as well??
Don't get me wrong. I understand that this is their job, what they're getting paid to do. However, it's bad enough that I get asked even one time, but when I get asked every single time I walk past, when they KNOW I work right beside them, and i've already told them "no", it really irks me!!
On a better note, tomorrow is Easter :) My nanny works, so I'll more than likely go to my Aunts house tonight to color eggs with the kids, and then stay the night and have dinner there tomorrow. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter and a great weekend, it's supposed to be nice :) <3

As some people may know, I've been wanting to start a blog for some time now. The reason for my apprehension, I suppose, is that I couldn't get into the idea of random people wanting to read about what I was writing. Today, however, I decided that I don't care if people want to read it or not, I'm going to write what's on my mind :)
It's a "blah" kind of day. There isn't any sun, clouds are completely covering the sky, and it's been raining on and off. I don't so much mind the rain, especially since the unmannerly birds left me a present on my car this morning, but if it isn't raining, I can't get used to the idea that the sun isn't out. Days like this put people in bad moods, and then I get to deal with those moody people at work . Lucky me, right? Anyhow, hopefully this weather will bring more people in here, therefore increasing our sales….I can only hope, right??
